Oslo, 16 June 2026 – Navamedic ASA (OSE: NAVA) today announces that Kathrine Gamborg Andreassen will step down from her position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective 16 June 2026, to pursue opportunities outside the company.

Gamborg Andreassen has served as CEO since 2019 and has played a key role in developing Navamedic into a leading Nordic specialty pharmaceutical company. During her tenure, Navamedic grew its revenues from NOK 189 million in 2019 to NOK 565 million in 2025 through organic growth, acquisitions, and expansion into new therapeutic areas.

“On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to thank Kathrine for her strong leadership and commitment to Navamedic over the years. She has played a key role in transforming Navamedic into a leading Nordic specialty pharma player and built a strong foundation positioning Navamedic for continued growth and long-term success,” said Morten Jurs, Chair of the Board of Directors.

Appointment of New Chief Executive Officer
The Board of Directors has appointed Lars Minor as Navamedic’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective from 18 June 2026. Minor brings with him vast international experience from the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, Minor served as the Chief Executive Officer of Newbury Pharmaceuticals where he led the company’s transition from an early-stage platform company to a commercially business, leading up to a successful IPO on Nasdaq First North. Prior to Newbury Pharmaceuticals, Lars held several senior leadership positions at LEO Pharma, including Corporate Vice President, Strategy Execution and Change, and Vice President, Region EUROPE+. In these roles, Minor was responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global strategy and leading business transformation initiatives across the organization.

“Lars brings a strong commercial experience from international leadership roles where he has been driving growth through direct and in-direct business models. Navamedic will continue its focus on driving profitable growth via our own organisations and via international partnerships. The Board is confident that Lars is the right candidate to lead the company into its next chapter of growth and value creation by delivering on the strategy together with the rest of the leadership team. The Board extends its sincere thanks to Kathrine for her significant contributions and strong commitment over the past years,” said Morten Jurs.

“Navamedic stands out as an exciting specialty pharma company in the Nordics. With a strong foundation in place and a team of highly competent employees, Navamedic has great potential to become an even bigger player in the Nordic specialty pharmaceuticals market. Together, I am confident we will accelerate our ongoing growth journey,” commented Lars Minor.

Kathrine Gamborg Andreassen will support the company during a brief transition period to ensure continuity of operations.
