Experience: 
Måsvær joined Navamedic ASA with the acquisition of dne Pharma in July 2025, where she served as Head of Marketing and Business Development. Måsvær has 29 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medtech industries, most of them at a senior commercial level. She has experience in starting up businesses and building markets from the ground up and has successfully been part of developing and launching pharmaceutical products in Europe.

Education: 
Måsvær has education as biomedical laboratory scientist from the University in Tromsø, and in principles of Business Administration from Norwegian Business school.
