Levilog user agreement

Levilog is an app developed by Navamedic AB (“we”, “our”, or “us”) to support adherence to medication for patients with Parkinson’s disease who are prescribed medication. By using Levilog, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not accept the terms, you must stop using the app.
1. General information

- Who can use Levilog?
- You must be 18 years old or older
- You must have a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease and have been prescribed medication.
- The app is available in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
- Purpose of the app:
- Levilog is intended to support the treatment of Parkinson’s disease by facilitating adherence to prescribed medication schedules. Levilog provides patients with reminders to help them take the right dose at the right time as well as to log and track their medication intake.
2. User obligations
By using Levilog, you agree that you will:
- use the app only in accordance with its intended use
- provide accurate information in the app
- not misuse the app in any way (e.g. modify it, use it for other medications, share false data)
- not engage in hacking, reverse engineering, or other unauthorised access to the app
3. Features and limitations of the app
- No medical advice
- Levilog does not provide medical advice.
- Levilog is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always follow your doctor’s treatment plan, and consult a healthcare professional before making any medication changes.
- Limitation of liability:
- Levilog is a support tool and should not be used as the only method to ensure proper medication.
- We are not responsible for missed doses, incorrect logging, or medication errors.
- The user is responsible for providing accurate information in the app.
- Dependencies on third-party features:
- Levilog relies on notifications and system settings to work properly.
- Users must grant the necessary permissions (e.g. allow notifications) and check the device settings for full functionality.
- A stable internet connection is required.
- We are not responsible for errors caused by external factors such as device settings, third-party services, or system failures.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Levilog is completely free to use. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
5. User-generated content and data
- Personal details:
- Personal data provided in the app includes medication schedule and adherence to medication.
- Data is handled according to our privacy policy.
- Deletion of content:
- We have the right to delete data in the case of abuse or policy violations.
6. Intellectual property and licensing
- Licence to use:
- Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Levilog for personal use.
- All intellectual property rights in the app remain with Navamedic AB.
- Restrictions:
- Users may not modify, distribute, or create derivative versions of Levilog.
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, or hacking is strictly prohibited.
- Third-party licences:
- Levilog may include software components licensed under third party terms.
7. Termination and suspension
- Abuse and violations:
- We may suspend or terminate access to Levilog without notice if a user:
- Engages in hacking, unauthorised access, or data manipulation.
- Uses the app for purposes other than those intended.
- We may suspend or terminate access to Levilog without notice if a user:
- Deletion of account:
- If an account is closed, personal data will be deleted immediately.
- Anonymised analytics data may be retained for service improvements (see Privacy Policy).
8. Disclaimers and warranties
- Availability:
- Levilog is provided without guarantees of accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted functionality. However, we have taken extensive measures to ensure that everything works properly through our quality processes in accordance with our quality management system and relevant medical device regulations.
- We strive to give users advance notice of planned maintenance or updates. However, we cannot guarantee that this will always happen.
- The availability of Levilog may be affected by technical problems, system failures, or external factors, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- No responsibility for missed doses:
- We are not responsible for any missed medication doses, incorrect logs, or system errors.
- Users are responsible for managing their medication intake.
9. Dispute resolution
- Governing law:
- This Agreement is governed by Swedish law.
- Dispute management:
- Any disputes shall be resolved through Swedish courts.
- No class action:
- By using Levilog, you agree to waive the right to participate in class actions against Navamedic AB.
10. Amendments to the agreement
- Notification of changes:
- We may update this User Agreement and will notify users via the email address used to create the account.
- Continued use:
- If you do not accept the updated agreement, you can no longer use Levilog.
